Hire periods affected by COVID 19:

Since April 2020, like all businesses, we have had to adapt and implement restrictions concerning social distancing which still remain in place to date.  We request that all customers adhere to these policies and should any customer have symptoms or are self-isolating that they work with us to reschedule any booking.

As staff are unable to socially distance themselves within a company vehicle, we decided to either send out staff members on their own or if together they must cohabit or take part in the regular testing processes.  As a result, we have significantly reduced staff numbers and have reduced our packages and delivery slots on offer.  Our current minimum rental period for our inflatable or Semi-solid range is for 3-nights and for our solid ranges the minimum rental period is 7 nights

Please also note that our administration processes have taken the full brunt of the effects of the pandemic and restrictions and therefore generally evenings are the times our team who would usually be answering fully during office hours will respond.  This is for a variety of reasons, mainly due to deliveries and collections taking priority over administration.  We are trying to ensure we respond in a timely manner but we would ask that you bear with us in these unprecedented times and continue to support us by using our services.
