Garden party packages

To choose which package best suits your needs please follow the steps below:

  1. Choose which package from all 3 packages on offer.

  2. Once you have chosen which package best suits your requirements then chose which range of hot tub you would like with that package - we have Inflatables, Semi-Solid and Solid Fibreglass (minimum of 1-week hire) ranges available to choose from.

  3. Take a note of the booking code and then follow the booking process to secure your booking.

How to book?

Online booking has been paused until further notice due to the current climate!

Key Points before booking:

​

  • Decide which package you would like and make a note of the booking code i.e., GP104 and once you have read the points below click on the Booking Page tab above.

  • There is a £52.50 security deposit required to secure your date, £2.50 of which is a booking fee, the £50 is held against your booking and refunded once we have collected and checked all our hire items.

  • Please email us pictures of your desired set up location along with pictures of your tap(s).  If opting for a solid Fibreglass hot tub then please ensure your premises are suitable, please contact us for further details.

  • In the Winter months or on particularly cold days we require access to hot water

  • Set ups take place on Monday-Friday depending on our delivery schedule - a day and approximate time shall be issued by us no later than 1 working day prior to the first day you require to use the hot tub.

  • Tubs may take up to 24 hours to be ready for operation if filled with cold water.

  • Monaco/Helsinki/Waikiki hot tubs require access to a 50/50 divide of hot and cold water minimum due to size otherwise we cannot guarantee they will reach optimum heat.

  • If you wish to use the tub within a few hours then we require access to continuous hot water, time taken to reach optimum heat is dependant on your own hot water flow and boiler efficiency and we cannot guarantee immediate usage.

  • Hot tubs require access to an electrical supply throughout the entire hire.

  • Daily maintenance using our maintenance guides are mandatory and must be adhered to in order to ensure all our tubs remain sanitary at all times.  Failure to comply with this or if we deem the chemicals used to be out of line in comparison to expected usage then a deep cleaning charge will be applicable.
