How to book?

Currently due to current climate we have paused our online booking system as staffing numbers have been reduced.  Please follow the details below to book.

1)  Complete the booking form below and one of the team will send you a booking pack to your email to complete.

Key Points before booking:

• We require a non refundable security deposit to secure your date, this depends on the tub/package chosen

• In the Winter months or on particularly cold days we require access to hot water

• Set ups take place on a Wednesday or Thursday depending on our delivery schedule - a day and approximate time shall be issued by us 1 working day prior.

• Tubs require 24 hours to be ready for operation, this is due to the time Chemicals take to reach a safe level for usage and the pump taking this time to reach optimum heat.

• Hot tubs require access to an electrical supply throughout the hire.

• If opting for one of our Fiberglass hot tubs then please ensure your garden/area is suitable.
